Children and young people from across the country can look forward to an interactive, digital concert, taking place on 1 July 2021. The big name guests singing and answering questions in the live Q&A sessions include: Professor Green, Becky Hill, Aston Merrygold, Gabrielle, Kirsten Joy (Clean Bandit), MNEK, Nathan Evans, TikTok star RED, Marisha Wallace.
We have again partnered with Norfolk Music Hub and Charanga, and this year welcome Music For Youth and Viking Sound and Lighting, to create this exciting event. NYMAZ will be responsible for live-streaming the event to schools across the country - we can’t wait!
Sarah McWatt, Director of youth music charity NYMAZ comments, ” NYMAZ is passionate about enabling young people to access music-making opportunities and live music experiences, no matter their circumstances or geographic location. The Virtual Big Sing is a wonderfully inspiring example of how digital technology can bring music, singing and amazing pop stars direct to thousands of young people. Our technical team is extremely proud to be live-streaming this event from the prestigious Abbey Road Studios.”
There will be two live-streamed performances, one for secondary students and one for primary pupils:
Virtual Big Sing 2021 Secondary: 11.00am Thursday 1st July 2021
Virtual Big Sing 2021 Primary: 1.30pm Thursday 1st July 2021
